DISCOVERY
1. Understand the context
I make sure I know your business objectives and your client's needs. I talk to stakeholders, review metrics and analyze existing documentation.
RESEARCH
2. Collect data
I use methods such as user interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis or benchmarks to understand the problem in depth.
DEFINITION
3. Define the problem
I look for quality problems to solve; this will be the key to ideate solutions that actually add value to the product.
IDEATION
4. Find solutions
I involve stakeholders in order to find the most optimal solution taking into account the requirements and the technical and time constraints.
VALIDATION
5. Test the idea
Through prototypes, user tests or launching to production and establishing impact metrics, I determine where the design fails and how we could optimize it.
ITERATION
6. Learn and iterate
I study the users behaviour looking for frictions and improvement opportunities.
mission
Adding value through purpose. I am looking to work with brands that pursue relevant missions.
Closeness
I believe that professional relationships are, first and foremost, human relationships. Respect, humanity and education must always be present in both.
Honesty
Transparency is non-negotiable. If there is something I don't see myself able to do or unforeseen events arise during the project, you will be constantly informed.
More eyes see better
The best ideas come from working together, from different eyes looking at problems from their own knowledge and experience. As an expert in your business, you have a lot to contribute to the process.
Having fun in the process
Fortunately, I enjoy what I do, and I hope you do too!
